P1 and P2 Monkey King Mandarin Holiday Program

(7Y – 8Y)

Come join us as we follow the Monkey King’s adventures this June! Students are encouraged to use their imagination to help the Monkey King vanquish evil monsters through vocabulary activities and act out story sequences that will reinforce memorisation of action adjectives.

Over the span of 5 days, students will learn the correct pronunciation by forming their own dialogue and creating a voice over for the story. This journey also seeks to unlock your child’s innate creativity, allowing them to express their thoughts through creative writing and designing their own posters. We seek to spur imagination and creativity where students create alternative story endings. They will also put up a drama performance at the last lesson of the week. Let your child gain confidence in their Mandarin communication skills and interest in Chinese culture through the classic mythical story of the Monkey King!
